Personal Safety and Awareness Group Lectures

Who better to lecture on your every day safety then retired police officers. We understand not everyone can physically fight off an attacker, but we can teach you techniques anyone can use to give you precious seconds to get away or that which will draw attention to you. Our lectures are designed for every age group and we do not expect you to learn a lot of self-defense that most will not keep up on. The lectures will generally run two-hours.
